SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment and all required artwork has been received.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include order processing time.

LOCAL PICKUP

• Local pickup is available by appointment only. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. DaPartyPro Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
