Our standard turnaround time is 3–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the Essex County, New Jersey area. Pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.
Do you ship?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Every design is created specifically for your event, business, or special occasion.
What file types do you accept?
For the best print quality, please submit:
- PNG (Transparent Background)
- SVG
- AI
- EPS
High-resolution files are recommended.
When is payment due?
Payment is required before production begins.
Can I make changes after my order is placed?
Changes may be made before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
What if I need my order sooner?
Rush services may be available depending on our production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable unless an error was made by DaPartyPro Creations.
