At DaPartyPro Creations, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- DTF Transfers
- Custom Apparel
- Custom Cups
- Party Favors
- Graduation Items
- Memorial Products
- Graphic Design Services
- Crafting Services
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs before approval.
DaPartyPro Creations is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other information approved by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Color Variations
Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and screen settings, printing methods, and materials.
